Until dividends enter the equation.

Strategy may sell BTC to cover preferred share dividends if needed.

That changes the structure.

Strategy is no longer just a Bitcoin accumulation vehicle. It's becoming a Bitcoin capital markets machine: issue preferreds, pay yield, buy more BTC, rely on appreciation and continued market access to sustain the loop.

Reflexive on the way up. Potentially reflexive on the way down.

This isn't necessarily bearish. But it is a different game.

Bitcoin the bearer asset exists outside the system. Bitcoin the collateral layer serves it.

Same coins. Different logic. Different failure modes.

That's what financialization looks like.
