This division may be driven by factors such as politics, trade and national interests, trade and interests of countries.
Examples are China's "Great Firewall" and Russia's move towards a sovereign Internet.
The Dark Web is another example of this division.
I believe that in a few years the technology will cause a new division of the Internet, which will be governed by AI.
