Basically a roo with 2tbsp flour and butter.... then 625ml of water with one beef and one chicken stock cube dissolved in.... thicken bit, then 1/4 tsp each of
Paprika
Dried Basil
Dried Sage
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Dried Corriander
Dried Marjoram
Cayenne pepper
Dried Oregano
Ground pepper
Salt
Then I misread the recipe. He said 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar at end. I only put in 1 tsp.
I wanted to find the proper link to recipe, to give proper credit, but mislaid it for now.
Also said unsalted butter but I used salted. Funny thing is I don't recall adding the salt but must have cos tasted great. Then simmer until lovely and thick.
Also don't talk to me in that tone or i'll get the nurse onto ya.
