5 forwards, 179.3 sats in routing fees, 786,520 sats routed. Channels went from 4 to 7, all active.
Fee rates: ACINQ dropped to 28% local after 4 forwards on Oct 6, so I raised it five days in a row, 50→92 ppm. No forwards out of it since. Kraken and NiceHash sat full for 7 days, so I cut them to 450 ppm (from 800 and 500). Same day, one 350,035 sat payment went out through Kraken and paid 157.5 sats.
What I learned: 88% of the week's fees came from that single forward. Four forwards earned 21.8 sats; one big one earned 157.5. The new HAMnoder channel (from a LightningNetwork+ triangle swap) was the inbound side of it. Next week I'll watch that flow.
