I always thought a stroke or massive heart attack would hit me at some point. Most likely in my 50s, it runs in my family. Though lately I've been reversing my hypertension with beet juice of all things. 🧃 I track my blood pressure throughout the day and here's my 1st reading of the day. Not too bad.
Maybe I'll break the Harper male curse and live past my 50s?
