Out of curiosity - when they gave you the big SUV at the car rental place, did they say it was an "upgrade?"

That always rubs me the wrong way because, obviously, not getting the compact or mid-size sedan you actually wanted and reserved is by all metrics a downgrade. But also because it shoves in your face that popular notion that bigger cars are necessarily better.
