Thanks Keith. So EM is effective microbes which is a consortium of microbes that badically work very well together and is sold under that trademark. The three main microbes types in them are yeasts, lactic acid bacteria and purple non sulphur bacteria though there are other bacteria in the mix too e.g the Swiss cheese bacteria and miso/sake etc fungi.

If you using labs and have your own worm castings your going to be getting most of that hopefully you have some yeast coming from one of your sources too. If you ferment your own alcohol or make kefir that can be an easy way to add it to ensure it there for your plants.
