Well, listenbrainz is at least a very capable open source last.fm alternative and their parent project MusicBrainz (npub10gj…9lu4) is pretty active in the Fediverse.
Plus, I've only just realised that ListenBrainz (npub1erz…z7ey) exists on the Fediverse now too!
Obviously not the same as being federated, but I believe someone (as in a third party) could already do all sorts of funky federated stuff just by utilising their API...
