I like looking at purple air for better numbers so once EC reports a reading of 3, I look at purple air to see what it really is. The AQHI ECCC uses still isn't doing a great job with small particulates like smoke. So they report yellow/moderate while purple air reports a dark orange/nearly red (unhealthy for sensitive groups but nearly red which is unhealthy for everyone).
