There's a dog in the apartment next door to mine that has been barking, screaming, and howling for 2 days. It's voice sounds like its echoing in an empty room. I don't know if they left it in a crate or if they moved out and left the dog. I emailed the apartment manager to ask her if anyone still lives there. Hopefully the dog is okay.
