Why would you create an OS for this? Easier to just flash a USB with TAILS if you are on windows, connect to your client via torbrowser, or use whonix / qubes if you want a really secure virtualized environment.
Not sure why going to all that effort would be worth it in light of the available options. Care to inform me?
