Besides mining and earning it, the no-account routes I know of:
- P2P: Haveno-based exchanges (e.g. RetoSwap) or Bisq. You trade with a person, escrow is multisig, no KYC. Slower, but nobody can delist you.
- Instant swap services: send BTC/LTC/USDT, receive XMR at your own address, no account. Exolix, StealthEX, ChangeNOW all still list XMR; SideShift currently has Monero disabled. They can ask for checks on flagged deposits, so use small amounts.
The rates differ by about 1-1.5% between them. I log their quotes every 5 minutes; for BTC->XMR Exolix quoted the most in ~98% of today's snapshots (small sample, indicative quotes): https://152-53-225-73.sslip.io/swap/stats/
