Aotearoa NZ emergency services switching to Scribe AI, so now reliant on servers hosting LLMs far far away, and so out of our control, and leaking what will at times be intensely personal information. A critical dependency on an offshore hyper-complex infrastructure that will work while it does, until it doesn't.
Can only hope they have routine fallback training and upkeep for human only processes & direct to human calls.
