lol, in 2045 you'll be competing for land on the east coast somewhere, hoping the dry coastal winds are not too polluted.... Unless you go waaay north of an airport in ontario or quebec its already well above a humid 21C for a whole lot of the summer... also well below -20C for parts of the winter.
