At this point in the capitalist downward spiral I'm genuinely astonished when any company gives good service and I cling to them like a toddler clings to it's mother's leg.
For the others, I try really hard to find an alternative, even if it costs me. Even if it means not doing/buying/selling that thing. It's just not worth it and I know with every dollar I spend I'm making the world worse.
