My partner has suffered from CFS for about 15 years (she's now 80). She diagnosed herself and the GP consequently referred her to Derby Hospital where there is a CFS/ME clinic. She received advice on the energy envelope and pacing (that all depends on the intensity of the ME, of course). She became aware of Bruce Campbell and his group-counselling. We're members of the ME Association.
