Still reading this, which is quite impressive because I usually start non-fiction/self-help books with enthusiasm then tail off about 1/4 of the way through.
Anyway, it's all fascinating stuff, and while I'm trying really hard to be aware of confirmation bias, it's still leaving me feeling that my fat is not something that I could really help. It was, to some extent, pre-ordained, and at the point where I could have prevented it, I didn't understand it.
