At times, it is hard to believe that this is the same country that won World War 2.
Perhaps fighting fascism was easier and simpler when the threat is external.
When fascism came to America from within, most of our elites and institutions simply capitulated without a fight out of fear and greed.
Our elites and most of our institutions simply didn't have the courage of the Greatest Generation.
It guess it is up to "We the People" to re-build a bottom-up economy and bottom-up democracy.
