We are prisoners of the FIAT food and we don’t know it.
I’m at that point in my diet that I find 99% of “food” unhealthy bullshit.
Only meat eggs and fruit on a daily basis.
Some times I eat garbage cause I’m not an alien but I know it affects my mind and health in general
