Good morning!
It's another cold day. The high temperature is supposed to be 32F (0C). I need to go to the grocery store, but then I'll be staying in.
I have no plans for New Year's Eve and will not stay up until midnight to see 2026 come in. After the shameful, embarrassing year the US had in 2025, I think it will be best to let the old year slip away unremarked, and let the new one take its place unheralded.
I hope it will be a better year than the last one.
