I need to to develop a healthier relationship with the internet, especially in the weeks following a project reveal 😅
I think in the early months of fatherhood I let my social media habits get out of hand - frankly, the phone was a cheap way to escape for a little while and stay stimulated during an extremely tiring and isolating time.
