I really miss Circus Ponies' Notebook.

They went out of business and there's nothing left.
But what I wanted then was Notebook + scripting. I had to fall back to boring markdown in Editorial because it can be scripted (with Python), and it doesn't make anything like a hyperlinked wiki/notebook, except when you open preview.
Of course there was Frontier Userland, but it's UI hell. OmniOutliner, but it doesn't deal with media or freeforming or events, and no scripting.
