Why I've said, in ever election since 2016, that Russia, China and Iran have spread dis/misinformation in Trumps favour. Each Trump term is another 4 years of continued inertia (decline). Of not maintaining the commons, let alone making tactical investment/spending to bring about long-term strategic policy goals.
