I decided to beat the tariffs and start shopping for a new washing machine before prices double. Our current washer is like a tank. It's at least 20 years old though, and starting to run on fumes. Everything out there seems to require at least a 27 inch door clearance so I measured the door it would come in through just to be sure. If you guessed that the door frame measures 26 and a half inches you win a prize.😱
