I’ve been reading Adler lately, and I’m more and more convinced that humans are social beings. The idea of separating tasks—figuring out what’s mine and what’s not—really feels like the key to letting go of anxiety and that trapped-in-your-head way of thinking. When you wake up to yourself, you start to see your way back to what life is really about.
