Just to recap clearly:
– I’ve already paid for Premium on this npub with fiatoilet paper (bank card).
– I received the “Primal Systems” receipt by email, and my bank also shows the charge.
– However, this account still shows as free and Premium is not active.
At this point I’m not asking for more experiments or workarounds.
I’d simply like one of two outcomes:
Activate Premium on this account manually, based on the payment you’ve already received, or
Refund this specific payment.
I’m happy to forward the receipt and any details you need in DM.
I’ve been supporting Nostr and Primal from very early on, and I’m happy to keep doing so – but I also expect a basic level of reliability and support when a paid service fails.
