Did something today which I never thought I'd be able to do: I finished Gradius III for SNES on Normal mode without dying. It kicked me into Hard mode afterwards, and I managed to survive till just after stage 4 (the Moai stage) for a total of over 700,000 points. Not sure what the leaderboards look like for this game, but I'm very pleased with this.
