these have to be cooked fully because their pork otherwise I might do them differently but these pork spare ribs have super long cartilage so it becomes chewy enough to cut through and the dogs to easily chew through. And I give em one big rib out of it theyll inhales smaller ones and I've heard too many stories about dogs choking to death on bones while people weren't home so I don't let them have them outside when they're immediately cooked pork bones can go rancid super quick too the boiling makes them pretty wet its like they're chewing on a wet stick it's crazy but I boil em for usually about 2-4 hours
