not too sure how Amber works myself. In theory, retail should be more than wholesale, but on Amber, they do 30 minute intervals averaged from AEMOs 5 minute pricing and then add other costs (I think). If that is for VIC, Open Electricity has this pricing data for this morning that seems about right for those prices.
