For docks with builtin 10GbE I unfortunately haven't found any with an SFP+ slot 😅
But also, yeah, 10Gbase-T is utter garbage. The SN2010 actually won't enable more than 4 Cu-SFP+s (in ports 1, 2, 17 and 18) because only those have 2.5W power budget. The other SFP28 ports have only 1.5W, and, well… 🫠
