What is the recommended protocol for use cases that only need tunneling and don't need the cryptography offered by a full-blown VPN?
I know that Andrews & Arnold Ltd (AAISP) (npub1sv0…rq9x) is one well regarded ISP who includes L2TP tunnels as part of their offering.
