Cacho de cabra tastes like chocolate, coffee and raisin. This is the one that is supposed to be smoked to make merkén but not sure it really needs it to be enjoyed. Heat is around aji amarillo level, just under cayenne.
Sweet Imposter tastes like fried eggs with chinense flavor, low heat. The pepper walls are very thin. It’s not producing a lot either.
Aji habanero, sweet and smokey with upper jalapeño heat. The pepper walls are very thin and kinda tough. Very heavy producing.
