Medium/fine grind...more or less via el cheapo junk grinder
33g of coffee to 500ml (17.9oz)water. using bottled water as my local supply is contaminated (Thanks Halliburton...jerks)
45g water to bloom, then 45g pour over, wait 30 sec, 45g pour over...rinse repeat until water is gone.
As I have no real experience to draw upon, it seems good to me... Havent developed a pallet for it yet...lol
