It’s worth remembering that mandatory military service is making a comeback in Europe, and in some countries, such as Germany, men between the ages of 17 and 45 are already barred from leaving the country without permission.

If they try to draft you or your children in the future, remember what awaits them—so you’d be better off trying to kill the recruiter; at least you’ll survive.

I recommend watching the movie *Born on the Fourth of July* so you can see just how ridiculous it is to serve in the military.

This is one of the movies that has aged the best, and it’s great when viewed from an anti-statist perspective.

One of my favorite scenes is when the Marines go to the high school to recruit kids and the sergeant says, “We’re here at the teachers’ request.” This is brutal and represents the alliance between public education, the state, and the military—the great scam.
