Ride #4 was a tough indoor workout consisting of 6x2-minutes max-aerobic power repeats.

This was the most difficult session since I resumed cycling four days ago. Towards the end of the fifth interval, it feeling a little too intense, my heart rate hit 170bpm, I thought I was done-for, and I faltered with just 15 seconds to go. I stopped pedaling.

Fortunately, I quickly regained my spirit and got pedaling again, into the recovery period. Then, the final interval, and I was determined to keep going. Bam! 💥 Finished the session! 🥵🥵🥵
