Even if those people left are fit to move, the chance of dying anywhere else in Gaza is just as high so why leave whatever you have left to die on the road or in a tent? To see such suffering on such a large scale, you have to admire the medical people working in such conditions, but also hope they eventually get the support they need to have lived through such awful times. I can’t imagine the sheer horror day in day out, and the long term impact of that.
