#Microsoft #Windows is bullshit and everyone here runs Linux. But in case you absolutely need to run Win11 for any reason, here are 3 useful tips:
1. Upgrading to Win11 on Unsupported hardware. First, download the Win11 .iso file to your older, unsupported Win10 machine using the Media Creation Tool, and mount the .iso, it will create a new virtual disk drive, like D:\ - make note of the drive letter - Open CMD and type "D:\setup /product server" - it will launch the Windows 11 update tool bypassing all the compatibility checks, and don't worry, it will install whatever version of Windows you're currently running - Home or Pro - not the Server version.
2. Bypass the need to be online and create a Microsoft account to log into the computer. At first launch, the OS will require you to be online and create an online Microsoft to log into the computer. To bypass this bullshit, before you connect the machine to the internet, press Shift + F10 on the keyboard, which will bring up a CMD window, type "OOBE\bypassnro" and the computer will restart, when it comes back up you will have the option to "I don't have internet" and "Continue with Limited Setup" which will allow you to create a local, offline account to login to the machine.
3. Once you're in your new Win11 installation on unsupported hardware and with a local account, you'll need to activate your software. To do this simply open Powershell as admin and type: "irm
https://massgrave.dev/get | iex" follow the instructions in the new CMD window that pops up and Win11 will be activated forever.
You can also use Rufus to create a Win11 install USB that does all this automatically.
Have fun!
