I discovered this energy drink at work. It has zero calories and 100 mg of caffeine, but it uses artificial sweeteners instead of sugar… so it’s probably not great for your health either.

I should just drink coffee when feeling tired, but since I’m in a calorie deficit, I end up craving something sweet, and the artificial sweetener in this drink tastes so good!
