I have been using primal for over 1 year and have been a premium member for some time and love it .
I added my kids ( individual accounts ) they want to use primal so much so we created an account for each of them. Attached is a image of their profiles.
So the issue I'm having is when switching to their accounts nothing loads ( populates just keeps on thinking ) am I doing something wrong?
Should I add a certain relay ? How can I fix this .. I've tried multiple devices even my wife's iPhone. I use Android and the app is updated. I've also reset the phone , cleared the cache and even tried force closing the app .
Any help would be appreciated.
