Seven days ago, a good friend of mine needed to sell some corn to cover a recent tax bill. He sent coins to Relai and initiated a sale. Everything seemed okay until the next day when no money arrived in his bank account. He contacted support to ask what was happening. The initial response was simply, "Wait."

He waited a full week, until today. When he asked again what was wrong, he received the answer shown in the screenshot.

What's happening? Did Relai run into trouble processing marginal amounts? I had to lend my friend money because his tax bill was due yesterday.
