The NHS has a massive problem with staff sickness. Several things would really help that.
- Big push to get staff vaccinated. Covid, flu, RSV, whatever
- Quality mask mandates for staff and patients
- Routine testing for Covid of both staff and patients. Isolation of +ves and support for staff +ves
- HEPA filters and UVC in public areas.
These are relatively low cost actions that the NHS could do now.
