Just installed Fedora Project (npub1hpw…cd0d) #KDE on my Dell desktop.
I'm delighted. The install was easy and worked flawlessly, and the desktop booted up and everything *seems* to work great after an initial "smoke test".
I think I'm going to be much happier with this than the Ubuntu I was pretending didn't exist and booting once in a blue moon.
(I have just never gotten along with Gnome. Sorry Gnome folks. Great desktop, just not for me :)
And I'm chuffed that a major distro has blessed KDE with an official spin.
Well done Fedora! I look forward to exploring this more fully in future :)
