I should research it, but I think ThomasV (nprofile…us40)'s Electrum and craigraw (nprofile…n3k0)'s would share your master pubkey with the public node, as long as you do not set your own node.
I think there’s no workaround for it or maybe it would make the wallet reflect your funds too slowly that makes it impractical. I might be wrong about that though.
