Most of that is on telegram now, I'm pretty sure. Everything on the dark web is crypto scams, CP honeytraps, and feds just doing fed stuff. The schizos aren't good enough at computers anymore to bother going there. I think I've seen more leaks on the clearweb (Russia forums, IRC, 4chan/Twitter) in the past few years than anything that circulated on darkweb sites. Though I don't get around in those circles as much anymore.
