I wonder if this is again people talking past each other.
I have no idea what the full scope of SAFE is, but I’d take a small bet that the UK wants access to a limited sector, and wants to pay accordingly, while everyone else stands behind no cherrypicking and larger members need to pay more to cover smaller members. With a small element of here’s a middle finger. 🖕
