UK's Chris Coverdale found a genius solution that can be tried globally. His trick: Use international treaties to withhold payment of taxes and fines. Instead of refusing to pay, the solution is to place taxes and fines in Trust with a declaration co-signed by a witness, with you as trustee who will pay the beneficiary (the gov) if they prove lawful use of the funds, not being war as they promised in the UN charter.
