MARTYNA OGONOWSKA
Martyna stabbed Jaskiewicz once in the chest whilst he was violently sexually assaulting her.
She had previously been raped by an older man when aged only 14 and had developed severe post-traumatic stress disorder as a consequence of this rape.
She is now serving a 17-year prison sentence
The Judge even admitted she was being sexually assaulted when she defended herself
