So I ended up speaking to my doctor about my possible #ADHD traits and they gave me some forms to fill in. After I filled them in and answered all the questions, turns out my score does put me in the category of having ADHD.
Part of me is struggling to get my head around it a bit.
Are there people here who have been diagnosed of ADHD only when you're an adult? How did you deal with it?
