Apologies, but these are just tired tropes you're rehashing. From the "always ends the same" stuff to the "other peoples money" line. Meanwhile, wealth disparity increases exponentially one generation over the next and the permanently-poor are told the worst thing that can ever happen to them is a billionaire pays 30%.

Billionaires are not "incentivized" to billionaire status. Taxing them won't make them prefer to be ... scrap recyclers or whatever you're imagining.
