I think you’re answering a different question.
My point wasn’t that decentralized protocols prevent people from doing or saying whatever they want; obviously they don’t.
My point was that freedom from centralized control doesn’t eliminate personal responsibility, moral judgment, or consequences.
Nothing you’ve written here really addresses that distinction.
